Mint-On-Card Fashions - Rubee

Rubee's Fashions Mint-On-Card

It's important to check the number of pieces in your fashions, as they are easily lost when loose, and occasionally, the factory packaged fashions with a piece missing!

Rubee's Forest Fantasy outfit consists of 4 pieces (hooded tunic, two leggings, travel pack). As an archer, we can imagine that Rubee's Forest Fantasy would have to be the most Robin Hood-esque. It looks bulky on its card, like a hooded version of Moth Lady's with a drawstring belt, but it's awesome in real life.

Her Festival Spirit consists of 4 pieces (bodysuit, overlay, belt, weapon sheath). Hers is another spacesuit with lamé that could flake something terrible. And the sheath/pouch for her crossbow doesn't look like it will fit much of anything inside it. Overall, her Festival Spirit is very similar to Saphire's and Onyx's, but note that the overlay and belts are shaped differently for each figure and each has different sequin patterns. Rubee's overlay is definitely gold, not silver.

The Evening Enchantment series featured 4-piece outfits (dress, belt, shawl, purse). You could confuse Rubee's gown for Dragon Queen's at first glance, as it uses inverse colors on the same fancy style (my term for the dresses with long, close-fitting sleeves made from the same fabric as the bodice, with the sleeves and neckline using a bunched trim). It's very dark-toned for a Guardian. The shawl uses the same fabric as Dragon Queen's shawl, but has a unique silver-sequined trim. I love all the Evening Enchantment dresses, and this is one of my favorites. Later releases of the Evening Enchantment gowns switched to velcro fasteners instead of metal snaps.
